Recipe-

Summary

i’m totally guilty of spending way too much money on acai bowls when i’m craving something quick, healthy, and refreshing, but i’ve realized i have no excuse not to make them at home- it literally takes 5 minutes. the key is these Sambazon frozen acai packs: just thaw them slightly in a cup of warm water, pop ‘em in the blender with some juice and a little bit of nutpods creamer for a hint of smooth sweetness, then pile on the toppings. personally, i like to sprinkle on some puffed quinoa (it’s like the crispy bits from a Crunch bar), layer in slices of fresh fruit, add a few bits of granola, then cover it all with a hefty drizzle of honey.

Ingredients

FOR THE SMOOTHIE BOWL

  • 2 packages Sambazon frozen acai packs
  • ⅛ cup apple juice
  • ⅛ cup nutpods french vanilla oat milk creamer

SUGGESTED TOPPINGS

  • honey
  • puffed quinoa
  • dragonfruit
  • strawberries
  • banana
