this decadent s’mores dip is the perfect fix if you’re craving a campfire classic- minus the campfire. this recipe is so quick and easy thanks to store-bought brownie mix (i love Ghirardelli, but feel free to substitute your favorite mix). the best part? it only takes about 10 minutes in the air fryer!

Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • graham crackers for serving

Instructions

  1. prepare brownie batter per package instructions.
  2. spray air fryer muffin tin with oil and spoon ⅓ cup batter into each cup.
  3. air fry at 400°F for 7 minutes, then remove from airfryer and top each brownie with a small handful of chocolate chips. top with a layer of mini marshmallows and return muffin tin to the air fryer.
  4. bake at 400°F for an additional 2-3 minutes until the marshmallows puff up and become golden brown. serve with graham crackers and enjoy this delicious treat!
