Ingredients

FOR THE WINGS

  • 3 lbs. pack of chicken wings, split with tips removed
  • ½ cup cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • ⅓ cup buffalo sauce

FOR THE RANCH DIPPING SAUCE

  • ½ cup greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. ranch seasoning
  • 1 tsp. fresh dill
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. pat chicken wings with a paper towel until fully dry.
  2. in a large shallow bowl, mix together cornstarch, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. toss chicken wings in the cornstarch mixture. shake off excess and place into a greased air fryer basket, then spray a bit more oil over the wings.
  4. air fry wings at 400°F for 10 minutes, then flip and cook for another 10 minutes until crispy.
  5. while the wings are cooking, mix greek yogurt, dill, ranch seasoning, salt and pepper in a small bowl, whisking to combine. add 1-2 tbsp. water to thin mixture, if desired.
  6. once wings are cooked and crispy, remove from the air fryer and toss in buffalo sauce. garnish with carrots and celery sticks and serve with protein ranch.
