i’ll admit i’ve become a bit of a matcha addict, especially since i started making matcha lattes at home with my favorite nutpods creamer. if you haven’t tried their cookie butter creamer yet, let me introduce you to my latest obsession- the warm, cinnamon-y flavor perfectly complements matcha’s earthiness, while adding just the right amount of sweetness. i love these creamers so much that nutpods even collabed with me to create a variety pack with all of my favorite flavors (including cookie butter, of course), on sale as of October 6th. if you’re not crazy for matcha, you can still try this recipe- just substitute the matcha with a shot of espresso (or two).

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup nutpods barista oat milk
  • 2-3 tbsp. nutpods cookie butter dairy-free creamer
  • 2-3 drops vanilla creme liquid stevia (optional)
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 shots matcha, prepared
  • whipped cream and Biscoff cookie, for garnish

Instructions

  1. in a tall glass, stir together oat milk, creamer, and stevia. froth with a milk frother until foamy and well combined.
  2. add ice then pour in the matcha. drink it as-is, or make it extra special by adding whipped cream, a sprinkle of matcha powder, and a Biscoff cookie. Enjoy!
